Swoot executive team
We see managing a company as a process of trusting each other, good cooperation, clear communication and the right people on the right position. Thanks to our trust in each other, we keep the lines short and work in a highly effective way.
Our stimulus is based on following our gut feelings and our dreams, but it is surely based on common sense as well. We apply all this to give space to creativity and growth. Planning is important, but we strive to correct reaction on, or better said: act on actual market developments.
Glenn Pennock (1953)
chief creative director
Glenn Pennock has developed and designed the Swoot software platform.
He has a huge history in advertising, marketing, on-line concepts, programming and design with companies like Xerox (Paolo Alto/Star System), Apple, Hewlett Packard, Saatchi & Saatchi, and Agency.com. As an entrepreneur he was involved with many successful start-ups, and as a founder/CEO of international Interactive/4D for EURO RSCG/Havas.
Together with his father he published the ‘Automatisering-Gids , the first computer newspaper in the world. Glenn holds a Masters degree in Music.
Frenk Storm (1966)
managing director marketing & sales
Frenk Storm is responsible for the strategic and commercial development of the company. In this role he supports the Swoot partners, roll’s out the strategic and commercial plan.
Frenk has a great experience in marketing, sales and operational management in the ICT branch.
He used to work for Xerox, Libertel/Vodafone, UPC and Orange and was involved with several start-ups.
Rogier Visser (1976)
managing director operations
Rogier Visser is responsible for the operational part of Swoot and the international expansion.
He has proven himself as an entrepreneur in the ICT, CallCenters and Headhunting branch and very experienced in the area of marketing and sales.
